I have a problem with my fuel regulator! I have been running lean and I took apart my plenum to see what is the cause! There is fuel in my 4th and 6th port! I cleaned all parts with carb cleaner and put it back together. It ran then shut down and wont start! I took it back apart and there is the fuel in the 4 and 6 ports now! Could that be the fuel regulator? Also is there a vacuum line from the fuel regulator? I keep reading there is one, yet I dont have one! Thank you for your time! Ken

Could be the pressure regulator or the lines themselves. They both have been known to leak. With fuel on both sides I would say it is the regulator.
No vacuum line on the regulator. It gets it's vacuum directly from inside the plenum.

What I would suggest is that since you have to take the plenum down anyway you may want to drain the coolant and change out the intake manifold gaskets as well. That will remove another possible failure item. Then with the new gaskets in place and the new regulator replace the thermostat as well. It's a bit more work but worth it. Also replace the cap/rotor if it hasn't been done yet.
