1994 GMC Jimmy fuel injectors or piston rings???

ok i have been told that my rings are gone, and i have been told that they aren't and its just my fuel injectors, so i am lost and don't know which it is. as of right now the vehicle has no power when accelerating it blows majour blue, and the dip stick smells of gas. i did a compression test and it was good. i want to change th cpi fuel injectors, but was wondering how hard it is?

If the cylinders are not washed-up by fuel and good compression both wet and dry-I'll check the fuel pressure regulator and the nut kit could be leaking
