I have tried everything to my knowlege. I checked feul pressure, the feul pump, and firing in the spark plugs. I also replaced the timing chain and gear set to make sure that it had nothing to do with jumoing time, the old timing chain had slack in it. I also replaced the distributer cap and checked for fuel pressure, it had 60psi.

nope the distributer is fine and seems to be at the right angle. I do have a question though should the feul lines comming from the spider module be pulsating feul when I crank the car? I removed the air intake and tried to crank it with one of the injector hoses off, it still didnt squirt feul. I then used cleaner to clean the hoses and nozle and the fluid was then able to come out but when i hooked it back up it stil didn't want to shoot feul out of the nozles. Do you think it is the spider that could be malfunctioning, i mean it seemed like there was feul in the piston chamber when i pulled the plug after attempting to start the vehicle again. The spark plug was wet with feul.

If the fuel pressure is within specs check the fuel pressure regulator

I dont think it has anything to do with the fuelsystem. I sprayed some engine starter fluid, and it still failed to start. I believe that it should have started for a second or two. It may be electrical and i dont know where to start to look.

It failed to start when you use a start fluid-Then you have an ignition system problem.

I realize it is more than likley an ignition system problem, but i have a slight question. Did this particular 1994 V6 vortec 4.3L come equipped with a crank sensor? i cant find it in the manual and there are no pictures to help me locate it if there is one. If there is none then what other sensor would likley cause the problems? Remember it is getting fire on all 6 sparkplugs, it is getting fuel, the fuel pressure is 60+psi and the pump is good. I replaced the timing chain set and the distributer cap/ plugs. When i spray starter fluid it still doesn't start. All these passed requirements should allow for the engine to start, and it has left me puzzled. Please refer me to a number of some one who may be able to solve this problem.

You don't have a CPS, sounds like your valve and ignition timing off.
