1994 GMC Jimmy Broken Timing Chain

I think I have broken the timing chain in my 1994 4.3 Vortec engine. Is this an interference engine and I have some serious damage ? Or, can I just replace the timing chain and sprockets and be on my way...your knowledge and help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Not interference will be able to replace chain and gears
