i own a 1993 gmc jimmy and i recently had the fuel system replaced now it will run fine one day then it wont run unless you are holding the gas pedal down all the time if you let up on the gas it stalls out. what could this be?

Get the coolant temperature sensor/idle air control valve and throttle position sensor tested And recheck the fuel pressure.
