1992 GMC Jimmy antifreeze leaking

I have a 1992 jimmy. I went for a short drive today, maybe 3 miles. As soon as I got out the truck I heard liquid. It was antifreeze coming from under the front end. My friend looked at it and said it looks like the seal on the waterpump. He said it looks to be in good condition its just where it connects. Do you know if it is in fact the water pump? Is there some kind of seal that can be purchased? or do I need a whole water pump..
