1991 GMC Jimmy Replaced

My Jimmy has acted like the Battery is bad, it wont start put a jump it starts. Then I bought a batterry no help. Post are clean, once it starts runs good when you turn the key off shut down wont start again. What would be my next step?

Next check your battery cables see if they need to be replaced if good then move to starter could something lose check all connections from battery to starter.
