1991 GMC Jimmy Idling problems

Is there something that goes with the fuel injectors that makes it run rough? I have ruled out ignition problems. Should I replace the injectors? It is a V6.

Hi, thanks for the donation. I have to start with the basic questions. How long since a tune-up? Did you use a gage and check fuel pressure? Are there any applicable trouble codes? If you have TBI fuel injection, does the injector/s spray patterns look the same? When you say, run rough, are you talking about Idle? If so maybe idle air system?

Compression good on all cylinders?
