I have a 1989 Gmc jimmy and the fuel pump is out and I need step by step instructions on how to change it ASAP.

I hope this helps it has a complete walk thru on changing it. The links on the right should take you right thru it If its electronic fuel injected click on Throttle Body Fuel Injection System link on the right side if not just click on labeled fuel tank and it should show you everything there .
