Fuel filter is under hood, driver side, front engine area, rear of lower radiator hose, mounted in fuel line . Fuel pump is attached to the fuel sending unit, located in the fuel tank. I suggest first inspecting your vehicle's fuel pump relay, located on left front inner fender panel behind A/C compressor relay, before replacing filter and pump..also inspect your fuses.
