when im on the highway, i can hear air sound, its like air is coming inside the car but it is not.
some told me to change the rubers and some told me becauce of the side mirrors.

what shall i do so i cant hear anything from outside

You can check the door weather stripping by cleaning both surfaces (rubber and contact area), put a light coat of heavy grease completely around metal contact area on body, shut door. Look for and even grease coat on the rubber, if low spots or no grease, then weather stripping will probably have to be replaced. Clean grease from both surfaces.
