2005 GMC Envoy Blower knob

I can turn the heater/air conditioner blower to 4 and it blows fine. 1 thru 4 work fine. But when I turn it to 5 nothing comes out. What do you think is the problem?

check the blower fuse,#5 is fused direct. check it poat back with what you find.
