2004 GMC Envoy my car shakes when applying the brakes

My Envoy shakes when the brakes are applied although it is not felt in the steering wheel. We have replaced both front and rear rotors and pads and also just bought 4 new tires. Any help of where to look next???

So what do you mean by shakes. Does the brake pedal move up and down rapidly or does the pedal chatter or what. Try to explain better what you mean by shakes if you could thanks.
