I CHANGED THE BATTERY IN MY CAR AND NOW WHEN I CUT THE HEATER OR AC ON THE CAR CUTS OFF

First, clean the carbon from the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner and an old toothbrush. After that, set the parking brake. Start the engine and allow it to idle with A/C off for 5 min. Then, put the vehicle in drive and allow it to idle for 5 min.
Put the vehicle back in park. Allow it to idle 30sec. Shut it off for 1 min. Start it back up. That should take care of the problem.
