2002 Envoy: The right side clusters (oil pressure, battery, fuel, and temp gauges) along with the entire radio and AC panel cuts off while driving. The panels resume normal once the vehicle is shut off and restarted. Any advice?

Contact GM about a TSB (technical service bulletin) concerning problems and erratic operation of the IP.

They should repair it for free.
