Our Envoy had the check engine light come on and started to idle rough RIGHT after my husband changed the oil. We took it to AutoZone and the code said the Cam Shaft Sensor needed to be replaced. That didn't help. It seems to be better after it warms up. It only happens when the car is idling. Once it is up to speed, it runs great.

It actually went off this afternoon while my husband was on his way home from work. This morning, it wasn't running correctly when he left for work, but it was fine this evening. He had no trouble at all. Also, he said the cruise stopped working and started working again this morning.

hhmmm, I dont think this is anything major, what I think is you may need a throttle body cleaning and possibly a minor tune up, airfilter, gas filter etc.
