My truck will turn over, but does not start. I had some repair (tune-up & fuel injector spiders) work done a few weeks back. I don't want to spend money on a fuel pump if it is not the problem. Where would the fuel pump relay and fuel filter be located on my truck? I would like to try to replace fuel filter, relay, and fuse before I buy a fuel pump. I have almost a full tank of gas.

Does it always mean the fuel pump is out when your truck turn over, but does not start? Please help me save some money.

I don't hear anything except for my rear window making adjustments when I turn the key. Maybe the fuel pump is making noise, but just can't hear anything due to the noise from the rear window.
