1998 GMC Envoy Can't get heat to work

few months ago had the fan clutch replaced and now it's blowing cold air again replaced the thermostat and still have cold air blowing. what else could be the problem?

You could have a clogged heater core. Have the cooling system flushed, including the heater core.
