is there any way to change the tune of a vehicle with a laptop computer

the engine is a 8.1 v 8 in a 2006 georgie boy rv

I'm afraid not, you want to totally control all the sensors and parameters of your engine you will have to replace the computer with a mega squirt. http://www.bgsoflex.com/megasquirt.html
