How to repair the rear end of a truck like this. Can the clutches be tightened?

By the way you are talking. I don't believe you have the experience to perform this kind of operation, it requires special tools and experience, my advice to you is, . Go to your local junkyard and buy a used rear end and replace the whole thing, it will be much easier for you.
