2000 GMC C3500 Camshaft position sensor

Where is the CMP located on the 2000 350 chevy
engine? The OBD-II trouble code was P1345 =
crankshaft position /camshaft position correlation. I have
already replaced the CKP ,and that did not fis the
problem. The motor cut off and will not start. I have
visually checked the wiring , connectors etc. but
have not been able to locate the CMP . Any pointers
would help

The camshaft position sensor is inside the distributor.
