1994 GMC C3500 Starts, but dies when placed in gear

454, starts and will idle, but rough. when i attempt to put the truck in drive or reverse, it dies, runs real rich..enough to burn the eyes...iac, ecm,map sensor have all been replace..

Try replacing the fuel filter and check the fuel pleasure running real rich is a sign of low fuel pressure.
