1984 GMC C3500 hydroboost for steering/brakes not working

steering box replaced. hydroboost replaced. Now steering is not powerfull enough at low speed to steer the truck.

the unit that runs your Hydro boost, is the power steering pump, so you either have a week power steering pump or you are running the wrong oil in it.
