Replaced resistor...and connector....while doing this I disconnected both batteries on the diesel engine..
I match all color codes...and the blower works fine..

the problem is I have cold ac..blowing out on the passenger side vents.....and heat blowing on the drivers side ?

Did I do something by disconennecting the batteries ?
are the acuator door need to be reset ..

I checked the wiring..and everything is correct..

Hi ducchikidd,

I am not sure if there are any resetting procedures but during replacement of the blower resistor, was any cables removed? If you did remove any cables for the venting system, you could have wrongly sdjusted them while installing.

You might have pushed against the venting system and caused it to be stuck.

The problem should originate at the air mix vent door, check that out.

Check all the connectors near the place you were working on to see if any had been dislodged.
