2003 GMC C2500 leaking fluid

I replaced pads on rear,now fluid is leaking out where line connects to caliper.I bought new copper washers,still leaks, I tightened real tight, still leaks.Could the cylinder be stuck?

Hi:
You could try using teflon tape to stop the leak, but I wouldn't recommend it. Are the calipers new?
