2002 GMC C2500 does not idel correct when cold

When The temperature is below 40 degrees my truck will not idel . It whnts to ruv up and down sometimes it shuts off and I have to restart. It tend to get worse as the temperature gets colder . It start and runs great when the temperature is warm .
Already changed plugs and wires and fuel filter .

What would cause this ?

Do you have a check engine light On, Last tune-up??

Get a repair manual find the idle air control valve and EGR valve clean it out and see what happens
