I went to my local auto parts store to have them read the computer and it shows nothing at all. We checked all the fuses and all were fine. We went to his car to check if the scanner was bad and it read his with no problems. It will not read anything. Any sugestions.

The diagnostic connector is a fused circuit, so if scanner will not connect, fuse is bad.
