2001 GMC C2500 Having trouble filling my gas tank

2001 GMC C2500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When I try to fill my gas tank the nosel will click off after a few second and I hear a suction noise. Any idea what might be causing this

check the evap canister,see if its filled with gas.that will cause a hard fill condition as well as a restriction in the evap lines.check the filler neck fo a restriction also.
