2001 GMC C2500 antilock brakes

My GMC HD 2500 Antilock brakes lock up or go skitch skitch right before I come to a compleate stop.I have cleaned the wheel sensors.The Brakes and rotors are new.Also the left ft Wheel hub has been replaced.It feels like the left ft wheel is the one acting up.This only happens in normal stopping.If you stop hard or really soft it stops with no problems.After the master cylinder was replaced the brake light on the dash stays on.It has hydraboost brakes.The parking brakes,springs,and cables are all new and they work just fine.I hope this helps in solving my problem as it is driving me bonkers.

You fail to mention after all that work that you bled the brakes? and how you did it? it sounds like air in the lines, why don't you try unplugging the harnessed from the ABS and see if it still does the same thing.
