2000 GMC C2500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 126k miles

my truck has a 454 and has two different problem im dealing with. number one is that it eats injectors due to leaking fuel after 12 to 15 k miles. the one i'm most concerned with is an intermittent back fire on initial start up almost instantly when starting to crank. Is more prominent when injectors are new and not leaking. have replaced crank sensor pcm and all tuneup parts. please help. thanks todd.
