1998 GMC C2500 4 wheel drive

1998 GMC C2500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My push button 4 wheel drive is not working. the lights on the buttons only come on when you turn key on then go off. will make a clicking noise but only in neutral. wont do anything in any other gear. replace actuator on tranfer case and shift control module neither worked whatcha think????
