Installed a modified sensor got rough idle and lean condition, Disconected battery for one hour to reset computer. my truck is 10,000 GVW, 4L80 Trans.

Buy installed a modified sensor which sensor did you replace and what do you mean by modified? Thanks and get back to me.

I bought a Granatelli mass Airflow sensor it is supose to increase air flow by 45% with a K&N air filter system witch I also installed.

If it didn't have this problem before you put it on then I would say you got a bad one. Check to see what the warranty is on it. If you want to we do a test on it but that would be what I would be thinking.
