1995 GMC C2500 fuel pump/in tank

Fuell pump failure-new pump bench tests good, but when installed, at ignition doesnt work, fuse in fuse box o, k. Filter good, good spark, apoears to be no power from ignition to pump, but guage seemed to have power at one pointstarts briefly when primed but stops. Is there a reg or relay that im not finding?

There is a relay on the pass. Side firewall I a 1/2 GMC do this and that's what it was. Mine would start for a few seconds then stall.I had a new fuel pump and filter so I didn't think a new pump would go bad so that's what happened
