I got a new battery, and when I was switching it out, it arced a little when I was hooking it up, and now the clock says 1:00 and can't be changed, and the radio comes on, but no sound and can't change stations. Can it be fixed, or what part do I need to replace? It has the separate tape player/equalizer.

It could be the control box under the dash. You could try replacing that or go with an aftermarket radio. With an aftermarket radio the box is no longer needed.
