1986 GMC C2500 Coolant in exhaust pipe

1986 GMC C2500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

Just recently installed cylinder heads. There is small trickle of coolant in exhaust pipe. Any ideas on the cause?

Try retorquing the heads again and see what happens if it continues you probably have to break it open and investigate-
