Where is the fuel pump and filter located on this vehicle. It is acting like its not getting gas, kinda sputtering around.

Fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. Fuel filter is located under hood, center, upper engine area, front of carburetor, mounted in fuel inlet line. May want to try some fuel treatment and carb cleaning treatment.
