NO power to the A/C clutch

I have a 1997 GMC 1500. The problem is that there is apparently no power going to the A/C clutch and it won't engage. Have checked everything we could think of including bypassing the low pressure cutout switch. Can't seem to find the problem.

Could be the AC relay or the computer not energizing the relay.
