2004 GMC C1500 steering wheel & truck shaking

Im curious as to what could be causing this? The same thing happened to me about 2 months ago and that time it was due to a tire belt being broke. This time I am not sure and am wondering if it could be caused by a bent shock. The rear left shock is the one and am just curious.

it is obvious to me that you are not telling me the story, shocks do not just bend by themselves, you have either hit something or you have another bad tire.
