2003 GMC C1500 Rough Idle

When I start my truck in the morning the idle is rough and it feels like it is going to stall out. I replaced the fuel filter did not fix problem. Once it is warm up the problem goes away. Any ideas?

these engine have problems with carbon build up. usually running high pressure injection cleaner through the fuel rail usually fixes it. you need a special set up to do this procedure. also you could have a bad coolant temp sensor.
