guages acted sporatic,jumping around,now speedometer needle is stuck in 120mph position on peg

replace the IPC.there is a special policy for IPC replacement. 7/yr or 70,000 miles which ever comes first. I would contact the dealer for more info and see if this is covered.post back with any other questions.
