What will cause the 1345 diagnostic code on my computer?

Welcome to the forum, that code is cam/crank correlation code. The cam sensor is in the distributor, the crank sensor is probably close to the crank shaft pulley. I can't tell exactly what's going on without testing? Any driveability issues?
