1998 GMC C1500 cranks wont run

OK Ive been through the basics, new pump good pressure, new filter, truck runs with fuel put down the intake, has csfi, no trouble codes, was driving truck bogged out now wont start, have looked for obvious burned or melted wires.

What is the fuel pressure if its good and done with a fuel pressure gauge instead of the eyeball and thumb method. I need to know this before I can continue this is where we start.

Using starting fluid/gas thru the throttle body-tells me there's no priming of fuel during the initial 2 secs when key at run position. Do you have injection pulses?
