My truck is often slow to start. The engine will spin over several seconds longer than it should. I have recently had it tuned up (wires, plugs, rotor, cap and fuel filter). I also had the crankshaft sensor changed about 6 months ago. The air filter has about 10000 miles. Unit has new battery and alternator. The truck is driven 6000 miles a month and started 7 to 8 times per day.

Sounds like you have a fuel pressure problem,Possibly a bad fuel pressure regulator on the TBI unit,it's not allowing the fuel pump to pressurize the lines.
