Truck starts and runs fine when idling or after about 40 mph. In between it sputters. Jan. 2005 I replaced the original distributor. Now on the 8th one. Each time there is moisture in the cap, But it still starts and idles fine. I've changed the wires and plugs. The only thing that works is change the cap , but the problem comes back after a couple of months. Any suggestions?

i learned a neat little trick a couple years ago. not sure if it'll work in your case but what ya do is spray some wd-40 on the rotor or wherever else there is water because the oil chases away all the water. it worked great for a problem one of my buddys cars.
