1994 GMC C1500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My tail lights and license plate lights quit working but my brake lights and blinkers are working fine. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. Can you help?

Test the turn/hazard switch the running lights circuit goes thru this switch
