my truck shut off the lights shut off there is no power to the starter or lights /horn is there a fues or relay that powers everthing up

Test all the fusible links

thank you rasmataz ! you were right on with looking at the fusible links, the small red wire was broke off down by the frame, i cleaned it, up tape it up, and started it up.
