1993 GMC C1500 loud noise

when i turn the ignition on a loud tapping noise comes from a flapper valve in the air duct right in front of the blower for about 30 seconds , then stops , then does the same thing when the switch is turned off .

Blend door actuator. Dealer should have it in stock, replaced a ton of them. It is right above the trans tunnel, look down low and you can see it, turn key on, with fingers on it and you will feel it clicking
