When I start engine I have to hold the throttle open for it to run. It runs choppy and pops back through throttle body. It has code 54 stored (low fuel pump circuit voltage) what could cause this? Thanks

Code 54 will set if ECM does not see 12 volts on fuel pump signal voltage monitor during the first 2 seconds after ignition is turned on. Is this a 5.7? 5.0? The diagram below is 5.7 circuit.
