1993 GMC C1500 Blown Head Gasket??

I think I have a blown head gasket.
Can a head gasket leak out the side without oil are water leaking?
I have no overheating problems or water in my oil but by compression test #4&6 are very low psi.
I have seen no smoke or steam coming out of exhaust pipe.

If you haven't found out by now Tes it can and the fact the cylinders are adjacent makes even more likely
