1992 GMC C1500 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

just replaced the starter/solenoid on my 1992 sierra, when I went to turn it over, nothing, took it off looked at it to make sure nothing was wrong, i.e went and got it tested, when I went put it back in and went to start it, there was no power in the cab, i.e radio and dashboard, and it still won't turn over

Check the fusible links on the starter solenoid or at the battery positive cable
